Terms of play
Launch draft · 23 September 2026. Publisher identity, postal address, support/privacy contact and hosting/retention details must be completed and verified before commercial release. This preview is not a completed production notice.
Play fairly, use an appropriate nickname and do not try to disrupt other players. SMASHBIKES has no in-game purchases. If you are a child, ask your parent or guardian to help you understand these terms.
1. Publisher and scope
These terms govern the official SMASHBIKES game provided by [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS], [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Effective date: [RELEASE DATE]. They supplement the applicable store terms. For Apple downloads, Apple’s standard end-user license agreement applies unless a reviewed custom agreement is supplied.
2. Permission to play
Subject to applicable law and these terms, you may install and use the game for personal entertainment. Rights in the game remain with the publisher and relevant licensors. Open-source components retain their own license terms. You must not unlawfully copy or distribute game assets, impersonate the publisher or bypass security controls. Restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law grants you.
Children should use the game with appropriate parental guidance. Where parental permission is legally required, it must be obtained. These terms do not establish that a child has legal capacity or substitute for legally required parental data consent. Follow the age rating and rules applicable to your store and country.
3. Free play and advertisements
There are no in-game purchases, subscriptions, paid currencies, loot-box purchases or payment facilities. Internet and device-provider charges may still apply. Approved static sponsorships may appear in maps, and reviewed third-party network ads may appear in permitted placements after privacy, consent and child-safety requirements are met. Ads must be clearly identified; no network ads are enabled in the current build. Ads do not change bike handling or give paying players an advantage. Any future paid features require updated terms and store disclosures before introduction.
4. Online play and conduct
Names are chosen by players and filtered; they are not unique accounts or proof of identity. Names can be shared by multiple players. Public rooms can contain strangers. Do not cheat, exploit, harass, discriminate, evade safety controls, attack the service or attempt to obtain others’ personal information. See community rules.
We may restrict access as reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and possible, we will explain the action and offer review through [SUPPORT EMAIL]. There is no guarantee of permanent availability, uninterrupted matches or retained progress. We aim to communicate significant service changes where practicable.
5. Safety and privacy
The game depicts fictional vehicle crashes. Do not imitate them in real life. Take breaks and stop if flashing visuals or motion cause discomfort. The privacy policy explains data processing; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional processing.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights through these terms. The law and courts available under mandatory protections in your place of residence remain available. Obtain publisher-specific legal review before adding a governing-law clause.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Required agreement or consent will be obtained before the relevant change takes effect. Questions, complaints and appeals: [SUPPORT EMAIL], [POSTAL ADDRESS]. You can stop using the game at any time and clear local preferences from Legal & privacy.
